Capacitance/Opens Test
Capacitance/Opens Test
The Opens test measures the capacitance of the loop and calculates
length. Capacitive balance is also measured when all pairs are selected.
Snapshot
The capacitance/opens Snapshot shows measured Capacitance values
and Length for each lead combination. The page also displays a snapshot
of the pass/fail status, Capacitance and Length for each selected wire pair.
Capacitive Balance is shown in % when All Pairs is selected.
To access Snapshot page:
1. From the Copper main menu Test Groups, select Multimeter test
.
2. From the Tests menu, select Opens test to start the test.
By default, the Snapshot page opens.
The current group and the current test which is being measured is
displayed in the status bar, for example Multimeter\Opens.
