Replacing an RTU (managed by EMS)
Replacing an RTU (managed by EMS)
To replace an RTU:
1. Synchronize the data from the RTU with EMS before replacement:
1a. Start the HostWebUI application.
1b. Select Host from the Configuration menu.
1c. Under Northbound Settings, select EMS Server.
1d. Click the Start Synchronization button.
2. Note the MAC address of the old RTU.
2a. Select Network from the Configuration menu.
2b. Note the MAC address displayed under the Rear adapter section.
