Auto TDR
Auto TDR
The Auto TDR automatically determines the length of the cable, finds the
nearest significant event, and configures the parameters. Range and Gain
are updated to reflect the optimized TDR settings but can be edited using
the Edit Parameters button. Auto TDR displays the distance to the most
Significant Event and updates results in real time, until you stop the test.
The last valid results then remain displayed.
To access Auto TDR Test:
1. From the Copper main menu Test Groups, tap TDR test.
2. From the Tests menu, tap Auto TDR to start the test.
3. Use the graph controls to maneuver the graph. Refer to Graph Controls
on page 19 for more information.
